At Sevanan, the admission department takes an immense responsibility in selecting the best candidate to fit in our programs. Apart from the academic background, we review the applicant’s motivation, passion towards business studies and communication.

Admission Process

1 Application

Submit your applications online. Our admission department will get in touch with you within 2-3 working days.

2 Interview

You will be Scheduled to attend admission interview via Skype or via telephone. The Interview will be conducted for about 20 minutes -30 minutes; the questions will be based on your motivation letter.

3 Enrolment

The results of your application will be sent to you via email within 4-6 working days, there in you may be required to follow the payment schedule to confirm with your admission.

4 Start Studies

Non EU/EFTA students are asked to apply for student visa in your home country in order to start your studies.

- Work experience certificates if any

- International English Language Testing System (IELTS): With at least 5.0 in each of the four components.
 

- Motivation Letter Write on what motivated you to pursue a diploma from Switzerland and also relevant arguments on how the program helps in your next stage

Application Dates

Applications are accepted all-round the year for all the programs, there is no specified deadlines but remember to submit your application 3 months prior to the study start dates in order to accomplish with the visa processing. If you prefer to postpone your studies or in case the visa is delayed, you may start your studies in the next available dates

Admission Confirmation

Once you are accepted and issued an enrolment confirmation, in order to secure your admission or to confirm your acceptance you will be asked to pay enrolment fees (initial fees) within 15-20 working days. Read Fees & Scholarships

Upon receiving your enrolment fee, our admission department will send you the necessary documents (Letter of Acceptance, Payment Receipt and Accommodation Letter) required for the visa application within 20 working days.

Other Informations

Accommodation

International Students are offered free accommodation for the first 6 months, further you may continue to stay at the allocated apartment for rent CHF 500 – CHF 600 or you can choose to move outside. Accommodation rent does not include food and other charges.

EU/EFTA Students please contact admission department for accommodation and charges.

 

Health Insurance

Switzerland has a compulsory health insurance system that guarantees access to a range of quality medical care services and appropriate medical treatment to all people living in Switzerland. Insurance for International students are included in the tuitions fees. This insurance document will be issued if your student visa is confirmed. 

EU/EFTA students holding a Europeans health insurance card or equivalent please submit a copy to the admission department while applying for studies.

 

Arrival Information

Make sure that you receive important documentations properly once your visa is confirmed. Please notify admission department about your visa status and dates of departure, you will be asked to fill in the arrival information form for the free airport reception service. The service is available at Geneva, Basel and Zurich Airport. .
