PAYMENT CONDITIONS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

If you are confirmed with your admission, you are obliged to pay initial fees of CHF 3,000 (CHF 2600 + CHF 400 administration charge) within the next 10 working days. An administration charge is not refundable in case the visa is rejected. You are obliged to pay first year fees if you receive visa confirmation notice from the embassy. The payment details will be instructed in your enrollment confirmation letter. No student shall pay the fees to The Schools representatives

REFUND POLICY

In case of failure to obtain visa from the Migration Office, the enrollment fees will be reimbursed in 90 days and CHF 400 will be deducted from the enrollment fees for administrative and processing costs. Tuition fees will be invoiced at the start of each academic year. In case of withdrawal of admission or any deregistration, the semester fee paid will become due in any case (even if no lectures were attended) and will not be refunded.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

The admission department of Sevanan Business School takes an immense responsibility in reviewing applications to select the best match who fits to our student profile and satisfy our requirements. In additional to your academic or profession background, we look to the key elements: Potential, Passion, Person and Drive towards career responsibility and business. This scholarship will lower your total fees up to 50% but remember the admission confirmation fees will not change.

HOW TO APPLY?

Students can apply for scholarship / financial aid at any time throughout the year while applying for studies at Sevanan Business School. You will need to write a cover letter why you should be granted a scholarship; you may submit this letter through our online application form. Our admission department will decide on offering you a scholarship based on your admission interview as well. Scholarships cover only tuition fees and do not include accommodation, food and other charges.
