International Students -Sevanan Business School offers 6 months free accommodation during your 1st year. After six months you shall continue to stay at the schools apartment for rent of CHF 500 – CHF 600 or you can choose to move outside. The accommodation offer letter will be issued to you along with your admission card. To note, free accommodation does not include food and other charges.
EU/EFTA Students – Please contact admission department for accommodation and charges.

Arrival Information

Make sure that you receive important documentations properly once your visa is confirmed. Please notify admission department about your visa status and dates of departure, you will be asked to fill in the arrival information form for the free airport reception service. The service is available, Geneva and Basel Airport.For travel tips please read our campus guide.

Health Insurance

Switzerland has a compulsory health insurance system that guarantees access to a range of quality medical care services and appropriate medical treatment to all people living in Switzerland. Insurance for International students are included in the tuitions fees. This insurance document will be issued if your student visa is confirmed.
EU/EFTA students- holding an Europeans health insurance card or equivalentplease submit a copy to the admission department while applying for studies.

Residence Permit

Apart from the Swiss nationals and C permit holders, all students should register at the Citizens Registry Office Aarau within 14 days of your arrival to Switzerland in order to apply for a residence permit for study purpose; the School shall assist you with this process.

Orientation week

Orientation week covers all the important information about living in Switzerland, studying at Sevanan Business School and maintaining the conditions of your student visa. Orientation week will also give you all the information about your study program. You will also get to meet the rest of our student community via many campus events we organize during the year.
